Briglin Pottery candlestick

I pondered on this design for ages, thinking it was an oil lamp or small  brush holder. It is probably a candlestick but it could be one of the pinch goblets mentioned on p.62.

In 1974 Brigitte threw a party and produced

“Masses of strange shaped pinch goblets, which could double as candlesticks”

But I’m thinking pinch means very simple palm pinched shapes, so it might not be these. In any case these are common. 70’s standard pattern normally but -I’ve seen some no-standard.
