Louis Hudson, Bernard Rooke, Bob Dawe vases

Completely unrelated to Briglin Pottery but they are contemporary with the Briglin production period.

I’ve shown them here as they are in a similar price bracket to Briglin (low) and worth considering. These are not the best examples but they also demonstrate a the moulding technique that Briglin rarely used. The BD and LH pieces are moulded and you can clearly see the join line. The ROOKE vase a lot heavier. All three are stoneware.

Louis Hudson Vase – 200mm typical light brown with geometric decoration.

Bob Dawe Vase – 180mm green glaze top half.

Bernard Rooke Vase – 180mm
